Municipal Court

The Vermilion Municipal Court is established by Ohio R.C. 1901.01. Ohio R.C. 1901.02 provides that the Court has jurisdiction within the corporate limits of Vermilion and within the Townships of Vermilion and Florence in Erie County and the Township of Brownhelm in Lorain County.
